Welcome to Wear It On Your Head Wednesday! This week I have an Easter Basket Headband with eggs made from buttons. This is very simple to make. Start with a Goody headband. These come in a pack of five or six and they are very stretchy, so they fit kids or adults. You can even buy the colored ones in the kids section of Target and they are the same size. You’ll need some felt and some buttons, too. Just cut out the felt into the shape of a basket, then sew the buttons onto the felt the way you want them. Sew the basket to the headband right at the seam of the headband. I like to attach my ornamentation to the seam of these headbands so that I don’t ever have to worry that the seam will be showing.
Pretty easy, right?
