Welcome to Wear It On Your Head Wednesday #11! For today I made a red polka-dot bow to wear under a messy bun. (It’s just a regular bow, so you could wear it any way you want, I just made this one for my daughter because she specifically wanted one to wear under a messy bun.)

This project was super easy and really quick. It’s also no-sew! I used some felt scraps, E6000 glue, and a clip.

Cut the felt into a rectangle. Mine was approximately 3.5″ x 5″. Cut a small strip to wrap around the the middle of the bow. Fold the big rectangle like an accordion and wrap the strip around it, gluing with E6000. While the glue is still wet, insert the clip into the back. The fact that the clip is gripping the glue helps to hold it in place while it dries.

Cut out a few circles in a different color and glue those on to the bow. That’s it. Just clip it in under the messy bun. :)
