Mother of Pearl Button Pillow
I love this pillow. It was made by my mom, who saw this idea in a magazine. She changed it up by using some of her collection of mother of pearl buttons instead of buttons that were all the same. She sewed them onto red wool fabric and then sewed the wool into a pillow filled with polyester fiberfill. The buttons are all different and some of them look more gray than others. I love how the shell button stands out. This pillow was made to fit perfectly on the chair in her sewing room.
