This is a fun way to dress up your socks. It’s just like making the hair clips I made in this post, except these have a button. All you have to do is cut out a few layers of felt, sew a button in the middle, insert a clip on the back by cutting a small slit in the back layer of felt and glue it in place. I used E6000 for the glue. Then just clip the flowers to your socks. I love the addition of color that these flowers give to socks sticking out the top of boots. They are fun to customize, too, so if you are a Mizzou fan, you might like the tiger clip for your socks. You can use these same clips as barrettes for you hair, too.

  8. I love these Betsy! I’ve never fully jumped into the boot socks trend (although I have nothing against them…just kind of hard to find when 99% of your clothes come from Goodwill), but I would definitely add these if I had.

Thanks for sharing at Feature Friday FREE-FOR-ALL!

Thanks, Abbie! I’ve been wearing boots all winter. I don’t think I have any current regular shoes…so the flowers are nice to mix it up a bit.
