I thought it would be fun to share this project from my daughter Maddie’s art class last semester. She was supposed to create a visual paradox, so the idea is that you look at the image and think it’s one thing at first, but upon further examination you realize it’s something else. In this case she was trying to make it look like a painting at first, but then have you realize it’s a photograph. Pretty cool, huh? It took her forever to get the paint out of her hair after that, but she got an A on this one!
